At LuxeAura, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within New Zealand. For orders under $99, a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.

Return Policy

Hassle-Free Returns within 14 Days

At LuxeAura, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The products have not been worn or damaged.

  • The products are in their original, resellable condition.

  • All original packaging and tags are intact.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@luxeaura.xyz within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Send the package to the return address provided by our team.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or any other pierced jewelry, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
